Upon having successfully paired your mobile device to the Smart+Cool plug you may turn your Bluetooth and Wi-Fi off and start using mobile data to control the Smart+Cool plug, but you also need to leave your Home Wi-Fi network "ON" to allow both the plug and the mobile device to transmit data.

For Manual Window type (WRAC) models
Once the Smart+Cool plug is connected to your air conditioner, manually turn on the air conditioner, then turn on the air conditioner from the app and you’re done!
For Remote Window type (WRAC) models
Once the Smart+Cool plug is connected to your air conditioner, use the mobile app and turn the air conditioner on from the dashboard, then use your air conditioner's remote control to manually turn the air conditioner on. Note that at this stage, you should now only control your air conditioner with your mobile device or iPad through the Smart+Cool app.
Yes it is possible to have multiple paired Smart+Cool plugs in one account. To do this just follow the same steps to pair each plug these will then all be displayed on your Dashboard.
Smart plugs could be managed as well in multiple locations set during the pairing of the plug.
As mentioned in deactivating your account and if you decide to "reactivate' , one must create a new profile since the previous account has already been deleted and cannot be retrieved any longer.
Your Smart+Cool is designed with a plug and receptacle specifically for air conditioners. While you could use adapters to plug in other appliances, we don’t recommend this as the adapter may cause compatability issues with the Smart+Cool and cause damage to the unit.
Yes with as many mobile devices needed, as long as the mobile device has the Smart+Cool mobile app installed and the Smart+Cool plug has also been configured in the app via BT and Wi-Fi. Simply log in using the same account credentials as with your other mobile devices to view the plugs that you are currently connected with
Turn off and disconnect your air conditioner and remove the Smart+Cool plug from the power socket.
While plugging the Smart+Cool plug back into the power socket, hold down the LED light button at the same time, and continue doing so while you plug the Smart+Cool plug in. Continue holding the LED button for around 5-10 seconds, or until you notice both RED and GREEN lights flickering rapidly, indicating a factory reset has been successfully started.
Once factory reset is complete, both LED’s will power off as the unit resets, and return to a “new” state with both RED and GREEN blinking
Important: Keep in mind that once plug has reset, you need to reconfigure any saved alerts and notifications since this will have been deleted due to restoration to factory settings.
